Meter Calibration and Meter Proving
We provide experienced Journeymen and Apprentice Instrumentation Technicians on all crews to ensure we perform the best service.
We can calibrate all types of meters including ultrasonic, mag, vortex, v-cone, coriolis, and water cut meters. We can complete meter performance verifications and meter health diagnostics.
We provide on-site liquid meter proving, both inline and bench proving to provide maximum efficiency for our customers. We carry large inventory of parts to ensure we can make repairs as necessary, to minimize any extra trips to site.
Liquid-Gas Ratio (LGR) Testing
We have a large fleet of mobile well test separators. We have 12"-36" separators available, therefore we can test any well efficiently, new and old.
We use custom built, high velocity dual-cyclonic separators. This allows for a very high Liquid-Gas Ratio. We now routinely test wells with LGR’s beyond 5.0, and have tested wells up to an LGR of 13.
We utilize the latest technologies in measurement and instrumentation in our units and we are automated to allow immediate data gathering and comparison to ensure test quality, and remote viewing of live conditions.
Our test units can be hauled by pickup trucks, reducing road ban issues.
